Thank you for choosing our handmade business! Please read our Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

By placing an order, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Customization & Personalization

  • Customers are allowed three (3) revisions free of charge for customized or personalized items.

  • Each additional revision beyond the first three will incur a $5 fee per revision, which must be paid prior to production and shipping.

  • All custom orders will be sent for approval before production begins to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

3. Order Acceptance & Refusal

  • The owner/creator reserves the right to decline an order if the request does not align with our artistic vision or business values. This could also mean that the consumer and creator are not able to come to an agreement. 

  • If an order is declined, any payment made will be refunded in full. Minus any extra revisions that have been above thee 3 free of charge. These are none refundable. 

6. Payment & Fees

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • Additional fees for customization revisions must be paid before further changes are made.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All designs, artwork, and custom creations are the intellectual property of our business.

  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or modify our designs without written permission.
