Premade Items: Ship within 1 week of purchase. We do try to do next day shipping however we are a family oriented business and want to make sure that we align our values with familie.

Customized & Personalized Items: Ship within 2-3 weeks. While we strive to ship earlier, this timeframe ensures we maintain high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages

All packages are insured through the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim.
