Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections may occur. These do not affect the functionality or overall aesthetic of the item but add to its uniqueness.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized/non-personalized clothing and apparel if the incorrect size was ordered. If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.
Customized & Personalized Items
All customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there was an error made by us (e.g., spelling mistakes). However, we ensure all customized orders are sent for approval before production to avoid any mistakes.

If an error was made on our part, proof of the error or return of the item may be required before a refund or replacement is approved.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All packages are insured through the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

Refunds Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item or proof of damage/creator's error.
