Because this product is produced and shipped separately from our handmade items, it may arrive in a separate package when ordered with other products.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

This non-personalized hoodie may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery according to our store’s return policy.

The hoodie must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customized or personalized apparel is not eligible for return or exchange.
