Your kindness doesn’t have to come with an automatic yes.

You type the reply. Delete it. Add an apology. Then wonder whether saying yes would just be easier.

Stop Rehearsing Your No! Send It. helps you find words for those moments—with warmth, backbone, and a little sting.

Inside this free guide:

• 10 everyday situations involving family, friends, work, money, and personal choices.
• 30 responses—Gentle, Direct, and Sharp—to adapt to your circumstances.
• Short reflections to help you recognize pressure and consider your own needs.
• Practical steps for handling the guilt that can follow a boundary.
• A My Terms exercise to help you choose where to begin.

Created for adults who are tired of being the reliable one, the nice guy, or the person everyone assumes will say yes.
